Karuna Reiki®

Practitioner and Master Training in the most established and widely-practised form of non-traditional Reiki, unique in using chanting and toning.

This form of non-traditional Reiki encompasses the essence of “compassionate action”. Its effect is very powerful by itself, but is especially so when used in combination with Usui Reiki. It is recognised as the most widely-practised, and oldest, of the non-traditional Reiki forms. It is also quite special in that an important part of practising Karuna Reiki® is the use of sound: specifically, chanting and toning.

Using Karuna Reiki® in self-treatments and treatment of others brings about deep healing at an accelerated rate. It helps one to develop love and compassion, as well as greatly enriching one’s spiritual and life paths. Karuna Reiki® is not seen as a replacement for Usui Reiki, but rather as a wonderful complement… each of us is different, but if you feel “drawn” to learn more about (or experience) this energy, it is worth trying.

Masters and Practitioners of Karuna Reiki® (as well as their clients) find it to be very effective and powerful. In fact, many students find it more powerful than Usui Reiki. The energy has a more definite feeling to it, it works on the emotional, spiritual and physical levels and can help one become more grounded. Those who receive the attunements report experiences with their guides, angels, and higher self, and feel the healing presence of other enlightened beings.

Karuna Reiki® Practitioner 

Receive all Karuna Reiki healing techniques, and boost your current Reiki practise

This course is open to all students who are already Advanced Reiki Training practitioners (sometimes referred to as Reiki 3a). This 2-day course includes the following:

• Attunement to 4 Karuna Reiki® symbols, which work in the following way:
The first symbol prepares the client for deep healing and is useful with past life issues. It helps release karma and deeply-seated issues on the cellular level. The second symbol heals deeply and can be used to break up the negative patterns we unconsciously use to insulate ourselves from the truth, thus shattering delusion and denial. It heals the shadow self. The third symbol fills the person with love and restores balance. The fourth symbol completes the treatment by bringing the client back into the body and grounding.
• Full instruction on the uses of these symbols
• Plenty of hands-on practise
• Chanting and Toning using Karuna Reiki®
• Meditations

Upon completion of this course, students will be registered and certified (at no charge) with the International Center for Reiki Training, the founders of Karuna Reiki®. This is a simple process, which has been set up to ensure the quality and integrity of the Karuna Reiki® system. This certification allows the Karuna Reiki® Practitioner to practise worldwide.

Karuna Reiki® Master (Karuna II)

Become an officially licensed Karuna Reiki Master (private training only)

This course is open to all students who already Usui Reiki Masters (all lineages welcome). This 3-4 day course is only taught privately, in order to ensure training to the highest international standards. This workshop is divided into two levels, and includes the following:

• Two attunements, during which the student receives four master symbols and eight treatment symbols.

A description of the first four treatment symbols is given above in the Karuna Reiki Practitioner course description. The additional four symbols given in the Karuna II training are of a higher vibration and are more powerful. They help connect directly with the Higher Self and work on a deeper level. Whilst they have specific purposes which are taught and discussed in class, the
experience of their energy allows intuitive guidance in their use.

• Both levels of Karuna Reiki® and both attunements will be given
• Full instruction and practice on the use of all twelve symbols
• Lots of practice time is included for giving treatments, using the symbols and for learning the attunement processes
• Reiki meditations to be aware of and heal the Shadow Self
• Using chanting and toning with Karuna Reiki®

A certificate and a 45-page manual issued by the Center for Reiki Training, with in-depth descriptions of each symbol and each attunement process, are included. You will be able to teach all four levels of Karuna Reiki®, two practitioner levels and two master levels after taking this class.

Upon completion of this course, students will be registered and certified (at no charge) with the International Center for Reiki Training. This is a simple process, which has been set up to ensure the quality and integrity of the Karuna Reiki® system. This certification allows the Karuna Reiki® Master to practise worldwide.

Whether in-person or online, extra training time is always given if necessary.
